SHIPPING
Our cooperation partners ship within Germany and internationally with DHL, UPS, and other logistics providers. Delivery time is approximately 3-5 business days for Germany actually and 5 and more business days international.
DELIVERY TIME & TRACKING
DHL, UPS, or other logistics partners usually deliver your package within approximately 3-5 business days after receipt of the order and payment confirmation, etc., according to our business data.
After the package is handed over to the logistics company, you will automatically receive a tracking code ( consignment number ) with which you can track the status of your shipment. Deliveries to other European countries take place within 5-12 business days and are also subject to shipping charges.
In the event of delivery delays or orders for out-of-stock items, you will be informed immediately so that we can coordinate the further processing of your order with you. In addition, out-of-stock items will be clearly marked in the product listing.
SHIPPING METHODS
If no other delivery address is specified, delivery will be made to your billing address. You have the option of having your order delivered to a different delivery address. Delivery to PO boxes ( e.g., DHL ) is not possible.
SHIPPING COSTS
We generally charge a flat shipping fee of / from €4,90 to €11.90 per order within and to Germany. Please check current offers. This partially covers the costs incurred for postage, insurance, packaging, logistics, etc., while we cover the rest for you. Any shipping cost differences from the respective providers will be refunded if applicable. The respective P o D providers are responsible for calculating individual shipping costs.

Please note: Shipping to Switzerland ( Confederation Helvetica ) is exempt from VAT. Please note that any applicable customs duties, import and export taxes, and other customs clearance fees - as legally stipulated - must be borne by you. Please contact the responsible customs authority in a timely manner. If you fail to pay any charges levied upon delivery of the goods in a timely manner, this will be considered a refusal of acceptance. However, we are not obligated to settle any claims (in the event of refusal of acceptance, non-attendance, change of address, relocation, or returns) made by the responsible customs authority.
RETURNS
Returns are free of charge. In the event of a return, please contact us using the returns contact form or by email at info@in-lux.de. You can return all items purchased from our online shop free of charge within Germany within ( fourteen ) 14 days using the return label we provide via email ( QR code or PDF print version ), provided the goods are complete, unused, and undamaged. The return period begins on the day your chosen logistics provider delivers the goods to you.
To ensure prompt processing of your return, we ask that you return the item to us complete with its original packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure that you use suitable and clean packaging to adequately protect it from transport damage to avoid claims for damages due to inadequate packaging. Please also note that returned items will only be accepted if they still have the original label attached.
In order to continuously improve our service and offerings for you, we would particularly appreciate it if you would state the reason for the return. However, this is not required to exercise your voluntary return option.
Refunds will be made using the same method of payment and will take a maximum of ( fourteen ) 14 days.
