RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOR CONSUMERS

A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor to their independent professional activity.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

According to Section 312g of the German Civil Code (BGB), users have the right to return goods purchased online within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. This right is based on Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of October 25, 2011, on consumer rights, which applies in all EU member states.

According to German law and the European Parliament Directive (Article 16(c)), the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or that are clearly personalized. Since Printful and other Suppliers do not sell raw items, all products purchased directly on or throug their service and website ( eCommerce connection ) fall under this exception and are not subject to return.

However, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen (14) days, with or without giving any reason. The withdrawal period shall be fourteen (14) days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post/registered letter, fax or e-mail). You can transmit this to us by any means. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal (e.g. by e-mail). To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

CONSEQUENCES OF REVOCATION

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you via the third party provider or service provider (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) immediately and at the latest within (fourteen) 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract.

For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly and subsequently agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees as a result of this refund.

We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier. You must return or hand over the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us that you have cancelled this contract. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. We will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods by you which is not necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning.
